The Australian National University has announced it will axe more than 460 jobs.

At least 250 of those are voluntary redundancies.

The job losses are due to a downturn in student enrollments and revenue brought on by COVID-19.

In a Statement, the ANU says it's trying to save $100 million each year over the next three years.
