Vaccination Services To Be Expanded


The ACT Government is expanding its Covid-19 vaccination program from today, allowing more Canberrans to get access to it.

A new vaccination clinic at Calvary Public Hospital in Bruce opens today – offering the Astra Zeneca jab to people 50 years and over.

The Garran Covid-19 Mass Vaccination clinic, which is already up and running, gives the Pfizer vaccine to those under 50 who are eligible under phase 1a and 1b.

Between the two vaccinations clinics, the ACT Government has the capacity to vaccinate more than eight thousand people a week – depending on supply and demand.
