High school in Goulburn placed into Lockdown

An Investigation is underway after threats were made towards a student at a high school in Goulburn.

Shortly after 10am this morning (Thursday), Police were called to the school on McDermott Drive following reports of a threat made towards a student via social media.

Officers from Hume Police District attended, the school was placed into lookdown as a precaution.

A 20 year old man has since been arrested at a home in Goulburn and conveyed to the local Police station.

He was released pending further inquires, investigations are continuing.
